By using this website you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement. Any fraud, negligence, or wrongful act on your part will be subject to legal action.
BoonandBoon shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its control, including acts of God, war, civil commotion, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event.
If any website links are provided to external websites, BoonandBoon shall not be responsible for the actions or consequences of those third-party links.

When you visit the website, call us, send us a message, or email us, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — by email, messaging, or notices posted on this website.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Orders & Payments
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors may occur. In the event of an incorrect price listing, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason — including stock limitations, pricing errors, or fraud risk. If payment has already been processed and the order is subsequently cancelled, the amount will be reversed to the original payment instrument.
Shipping & Cancellation
Title and risk of loss for any products ordered shall pass to you upon BoonandBoon's shipment to the shipping carrier. Product colour and actual size may vary slightly from the visual representation on the website.
Cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
- COD orders: Can be cancelled until the invoice is generated and the product has not been dispatched.
- Online payment orders: Can be cancelled only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, and only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Promotional vouchers used for cancelled orders will not be refunded.
- If BoonandBoon ships via an alternate method at no extra cost to you, no additional charges will apply.
Fraud & Security
We continuously monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. BoonandBoon reserves the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without liability if suspicious activity is detected. A customer may be flagged as fraudulent if any of the following apply:
Pilferage Claims
If you receive a partial or incomplete order, please follow this process:
- Raise the complaint within 48 hours of delivery — claims made after this window will not be entertained.
- Email hello@boonandboon.com with a short description of the case and photos of the packet and box, covering any tampered or damaged sides.
- If you received an opened delivery, the pilferage claim must be made on the same day.
- Do not dispose of the packaging for 3–4 days post-delivery — we may need to collect it for investigation.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed after investigation, which typically takes 10–15 business days.
Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. BoonandBoon shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
User Conduct
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not defame, harass, or threaten others; upload harmful or infringing content; use data mining tools or scraping software; or engage in any fraudulent activity. BoonandBoon reserves the right to terminate accounts, cancel orders, or remove content at its discretion.
You shall not make any derogatory or defamatory statements about BoonandBoon or its associates on any property owned by BoonandBoon.
Intellectual Property
BoonandBoon owns all intellectual property rights to the website and its content, including trademarks, designs, graphics, text, and source code. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Limited reproduction is permitted provided "boonandboon.com" is stated as the source and prior written permission has been obtained. Purchase of products does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoonandBoon from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
Liability
BoonandBoon's liability is limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or its content.
BoonandBoon shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the use of any product. Buyers are solely responsible for assessing the safety and suitability of any product they purchase.
Termination
You or we may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason. You remain personally liable for any orders placed or charges incurred prior to termination. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of this website at any time without notice.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt an amicable settlement. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be conducted in English, with the venue of arbitration in Bangalore. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
